Born in 1988 in Livorno, Italy, Ilario Alicante is still one of the young guns of the scene. In order to achieve such a meteoric rise with just 22 years, e.g. to be the youngest DJ ever to play at Time Warp, one has to start early: at the tender age of 15, Ilario already played some small clubs in his region and soon obtained his first residency in the „Pachamama“. The people from the famous Italian „Circoloco“ brought their compatriot to Ibiza, and from there the news of the promising new kid on the block spread like wildfire all across Spain and Germany.

Soon after, Ilario obtained bookings and praise all over Europe, North and South America. His numerous successful productions add to his fame: his EP „Living Near Africa EP“ (Cecille Records) can be found in the record bags of DJs like Sven Väth, Ricardo Villalobos or Richie Hawtin. No wonder the Cocoon agency soon reached out for him and brought aboard the talented young DJ and producer. Like so many others before him, Ilario has made Berlin, the German mecca of music, his home, and during the week he dedicates himself to the work in his studio there.
