Jacek Sienkiewicz is definitely one of the pioneers of contemporary electronic music, both in his native Poland and Eastern Europe in general. He first attracted Sven Väth’s attention with some of the tracks on his label Recognition and in 2002 was asked to produce an artist album for Cocoon Recordings. The result was the LP „Téchnè“.In the years 2004, 2009 and 2011 he followed up with three more albums on Cocoon Recordings.

Jacek moves far away from mainstream music in his own musical niche. And still he manages time and again to inspire his audience all around the globe with his live music.

With the beginning of 2012, Jacek starts to perform under the name „Recognition“, his very first alias, dating back to the year 1996.
