- Q: Do I have to purchase my ticket in advance or will there be tickets at the box office at night?

A: We recommend purchasing your tickets before the event. However, there are always tickets left at the box office at the night of the event.

 

- Q: When can I see the pictures from last week's event?

A: All pictures will uploaded immediately after they’ve been edited. This takes usually no longer than 3 to 4 days.

 

- Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Cocoonclub has no specific dress code. However, you can check our pictures to see what other guests are wearing. http://on.fb.me/CC_Fotos

 

- Q: I would like to know more about reserving a table or a VIP-Cocoon. Where do I turn to?

A: Please write an E-Mail to info@cocoonclub.net or call us at 0049 69 900200.

 

- Q: I am looking for a hotel in Frankfurt. Can you help me?

A: Please find an overview of low priced hotels near the club on the website of our partners at Technotravel. Technotravel is also offering interesting specials & packages for individual events.

 

- Q: Do you have student discount?

A: Yes, student tickets can only be purchased at the door. By showing your valid student card at the entrance you’ll pay half the price. 

Excluded are special events such as New Year, DJ- oder Club-birthdays or other events which can be found here.

 

- Q: What is the minimum age to enter Cocoonclub?

A: You have to be 18+ years old. Therefore, please carry your ID and/or driver's license with you. Student cards are not excepted.

 

- Q: What’s Cocoonclub music policy?

A: Fridays is usually Tech House, Minimal and Techno

Saturdays is House Music. Additionally, DJ Katch is playing Black Music at Micro.

Our Lounge is Deep House, House, Tech House and Techno on both days.

- Q: I accidentally erased the e-mail that you sent me. What now?

A: Please contact info@x-tix.de and ask them to send you your ticket once again.

 

- Q: I bought tickets on your website and received several e-mails after the purchase. What does this mean?

A: You’ve probably bought more than one ticket. In this case, you’re receiving one e-mail for each ticket. Please do not erase any of those e-mails as each of them contains a fully valid ticket (which can be found in the attachment of your e-mail).

 

- Q: I bought tickets on your website but haven’t got an e-mail yet. How do I get my tickets?

A: If the purchase of your tickets was successful, please check your spam folder. If you find nothing there, please contact our partners via e-mail at info@x-tix.de.

- Q: I lost something in the club. What should I do now?

A: In the event of you losing your property at Cocoon Club, please write an e-mail to losts@cocoonclub.net. Describe your item as precisely as possible (including potential characteristics that only you can know about) and mention the date on which you’ve lost it. The same goes for items that have been forgotten in the cloakroom.

A: Please send your convincing application to info@cocoonclub.net.

 

- Q: Where can I find information on whether there are currently jobs available at your club/restaurant?

A: If any jobs in our club and/or restaurant are available, you will find all relevant information on www.cocoonclub.net/jobs.
