Is there a cloakroom?

There will be a cloakroom.

Are there changing rooms?

There are no changing rooms.

Can I smoke cigarettes inside the festival site?

Yes you can smoke inside the arena. Random searches will be made upon entry to ensure no prohibited items are concealed within the cigarettes. (Cigarettes will be sold within the festival site.)

Which hotels are near the festival?

Hotels located near the festival and Leeds City Centre are listed on our CITP - Google Map.

Is there an ATM machine?

Yes there will be an ATM machine inside the festival site.

What are the set times?

Set times will be released via our fan page when available.

Parking?

There is a car park at Cocoon In The Park and it is free. Security will be present for during the event, however cars left overnight are left at owners risk and Cocoon and management take no responsibilities for any loss or damage.

Lost & Found?

There is a lost and found service at Cocoon in the Park. Items are recorded and kept for 6 weeks.

Where can I find the toilets?

There is a sufficient number of port-a-potties at the venue.

Can I take my dog or other pets?

All kinds of animals are forbidden at the venue, except police dogs and guide dogs for handicapped people.

How does Cocoon In The Park handle the issue of an environmentally friendly event?

We live in a society in which the care about environmental issues fortunately became a very important topic again.

On the date of the event, we are not only responsible for you but also for our environment, so we are keeping the measures we have already taken in the past years:

- Catering: We do purchase recyclable products where we can.

- Our recycle program increases the amount of waste that is recycled

- We operate active waste separation, especially for glass and paper

- The bus and rail cooperation with Lost Souls saves a large amount of gasoline and CO2

- Material, stage equipment and crew travel short distances to and from the event

- Our waste company focus on a green event.

Can I buy food at the venue?

Yes, we have several food stands at the venue, where we offer a great variety of healthy food. Where possible, we consider local suppliers here.

How do I get from the venue to the Mint Warehouse after the event?

There will be a bus service from the festival to the after party. If you pay before hand the bus is 4.25 return from city centre to festival and festival to city centre/afterparty.

If you only want to go one way it is £3.00 cash at the bus.

Can I take drinks to the festival area?

Drinks not purchased at the event are not allowed in the whole festival area.

Can I buy day tickets at the box office of the event?

We cannot guarantee the event will not sell out so advance tickets are recommended. There may be some limited tickets on the day from the box office but will be more expensive than advance online sales.  

How much is the entrance fee for the After Hour at Mint Warehouse?

The entrance fee is £5. You will only be able to gain entry into this event with a CITP wrist band which everyone will obtain when entering the CITP event. We will be allocating space to pay on the door although you will have to queue. Because of that we recommend getting E-Tickets in advance via Ticket Arena.

When does the event start and when does it end?

Doors open at 10:00 am, bars close 10:30 pm, food closes at 10:45 pm and the music cloncludes at 11 pm. The official After Hour at Mint Club starts immediately after the open air. 

What is the exact address of the venue?

Temple Newsam, Leeds / UK, LS15 0AE

Are there any age restrictions?

The access to the Cocoon In The Park Open Air is only allowed for people who are 18 years and older.

Are there special arrangements for handicapped people?

The venue is handicapped accessible and there is a raised platform for people who are disabled in wheelchairs.

Is there the possibility to re-enter the venue after having left?

No, due to organisational reasons, re-entry is not possible.

Can I use means of public transport with my Cocoon In The Park ticket?

No, the Cocoon In The Park ticket does not include free usage of public transportation. 

We recommend booking a Shuttle Bus Ticket TO and FROM the Festival for only £4.25 inc b.fee

Can I take my camera inside the venue?

Only mobile phone cameras and small digital cameras for private use are allowed; video cameras are forbidden.

Is camping allowed at the venue?

No, due to organisational reasons, camping is not allowed at the Cocoon In The Park Open Air.

What if it's raining?

We will continue dancing, of course … and have a sufficient number of rain capes ready for you!

Can I bring an umbrella?

It is possible to bring small pocket umbrellas, e.g. Knirps. As bigger umbrellas can be used as a weapon, those are not allowed on site.
