1. Applicability
The Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “TCs”) shall apply to all business relationships between Cocoon and the customer at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Our TCs shall apply exclusively. Conflicting conditions or conditions differing from our TCs cannot be accepted unless explicitly approved by Cocoon in writing in individual cases.

Scope of Supply and Services
On the web portal cocoon.net, Cocoon offers vinyl records, CDs, accessories, clothing, and merchandise (hereinafter “goods”). The displayed goods represent only part of our product range. Upon request, we will provide further information about the complete product portfolio and the latest arrivals.
Usage Rights for Digital Content
The buyer receives a simple, non-transferable right for private use only. Any sharing, reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use of the digital content is strictly prohibited.
Technical Protection Measures (DRM)
The seller may implement technical measures and restrictions—such as download limits or digital rights management (DRM)—to prevent unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of digital content.
Ordering Procedure and Formation of Contract
Items selected are added to the shopping cart (“Add to cart”). You can review, update, or remove items at any time (“Shopping cart”).
Customers are prompted to enter personal information, billing, and delivery address. You are responsible for correctness. Customers under 18 require parental or guardian consent for registration and ordering. Ordering alcohol confirms you are over 18. Delivery partners (e.g., DHL, UPS) may refuse delivery if age cannot be verified; in such cases, the sale will be cancelled.
A clearly visible link to our TCs is provided. You must select a payment method and enter all required information. Clicking the “Purchase” button constitutes a binding offer of purchase to Cocoon.
After placing an order, an automatic confirmation email is sent, including order summary, TCs, and cancellation notice. Please check for errors or discrepancies and notify us immediately. We may accept your offer within two weeks. Orders may be declined due to creditworthiness or unfulfilled obligations. Orders exceeding certain quantities may be declined to prevent resale. If goods are unavailable, we will notify you immediately and refund payments. The contract is concluded upon acceptance via delivery or dispatch notification.
Shipping Costs
Prices exclude shipping. Exact shipping costs are displayed via the “Shipping” button and in your “Order summary” before completion. Customs, duties, or import taxes may apply in non-EU countries and must be paid by the customer. Packaging becomes property of the customer upon receipt.
Delivery, Default of Acceptance
Shipping is via Deutsche Post AG or DHL. Cocoon ships goods without undue delay to the address specified in the order, subject to availability. We are not liable for delays caused by subcontractors if not our responsibility.
If the customer delays acceptance or defaults, they bear resulting additional costs, including storage and return to Germany (~20 €). A second delivery attempt incurs a non-recurring fee of 20 € plus any storage costs.
Delivery Times
Delivery starts upon receipt of payment. Contact us if shipment is delayed:
Germany: max. 4 working days
Europe: max. 7 working days
Worldwide: max. 15 working days (South America, e.g., Mexico: up to 4–6 weeks)
Prices, Terms of Payment, Maturity, Invoice
Prices include 19% VAT and packaging, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are additional. Prices apply at the time of order. Special offers are valid while stocks last. Price components are listed separately and summarized in the order summary.

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB. Card will be charged upon payment. Orders may be rejected after verification.
PayPal
No additional fees. Fast and secure online payment. PayPal account required. Account: paypal@cocoon.net
Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract according to the Distance Selling Act. See our Return Policy for details.
(Note: The legally required exclusion for digital downloads is placed in the Return Policy, not here.)
Passing of Risk
Risk of accidental loss or deterioration passes to the customer upon transfer to the carrier. For consumers, risk passes upon delivery. If the customer defaults on acceptance, risk passes at the time of default.
Intellectual Property / Copyright Notice
All content, including but not limited to audio files, artwork, text, images, logos, and digital products, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content will be prosecuted.
Miscellaneous and Final Provisions
Notify Cocoon immediately of any change of address; otherwise, the last notified address is valid.
Set-off is only permitted for undisputed or acknowledged claims. Retention rights apply only if based on the same contractual relationship.
German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN CISG, unless consumer protection in the customer's home country is more favorable.
Amendments, changes, or supplements must be in writing. This applies also to the written-form requirement itself.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. Invalid provisions are replaced by terms closely reflecting the original purpose.
